MG Foundation Scholarship Application
Eligibility Requirements
- Current year high school senior residing in the Greater Wichita Kansas area. Proof of graduation is required.
- Intent to continue your education at a 2 or 4 year college or a trade school. Acceptance letter is required.
- Applicant has not received a previous award from this foundation
- Family members of MG Foundation board members are not eligible to apply
Selection Criteria: Recipients will be selected based on financial need, academic achievement, and the applicant's community service record.
Awards: The value of each scholarship is $500. Applicants are allowed to apply for only 1 of the 4 scholarships. This is a one time scholarship and is not renewable.
Key Dates:
- The Foundation accepts applications from August to February.
- The deadline for submitting an application is February 28th.
- Interviews for finalists will occur during the month of April.
- Recipients will be announced on May 1st.
